1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at terraininteldistro.com (the "Site") or any services offered by Terrain Intel Distro, LLC ("Terrain Intel," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. We may modify these Terms from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Our Services & Positioning

Terrain Intel operates smart markets, micro markets, and smart cooler solutions, and provides general information about our products, services, and company through the Site. We are not a vending machine reseller. We are user experience and smart market operators. Our goal is to contribute to and enhance your current employee, team, and business market needs, service, and experience.

Information on the Site is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Agreements for smart market placement, service, and supply are subject to separate written contracts. Nothing on the Site guarantees the availability of any product or service.

3. Eligibility and User Conduct

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, misleading, or infringing on third-party rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers or networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or to any other systems or networks connected to the Site.
• Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent.
• Use the Site for any purpose that violates applicable law, including federal and state consumer protection statutes and privacy laws.

4. Requests for Services and Pricing

If you request information about equipment, placement, or service, you may provide contact details and service needs through our forms. We will review your request and may contact you to discuss availability. Prices and terms for smart market installations are determined in a written agreement. Any price displayed on the Site or brochures is an estimate and may vary based on location, installation requirements, and payment method.

Transparent Pricing: Terrain Intel will not impose surcharges for credit, debit, or prepaid card payments unless such fees are clearly disclosed on the machine and in any applicable contract. When a difference exists between cash and card pricing, we will display both prices on the machine and on any digital interface. We do not guarantee that all machines will accept cash; some may be cashless for security and sanitation reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and software—is the property of Terrain Intel or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources, including manufacturer specifications and government agencies. We provide these links for convenience and do not endorse or control the content of these third-party sites. 7. Veteran-Owned Disclosure

Terrain Intel is proud to be owned and controlled by a U.S. military veteran. We certify our status through the Small Business Administration's VetCert program. This certification qualifies us for certain federal contracting opportunities but does not imply endorsement by any government agency. We do not claim to be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business unless separately certified. We state our status truthfully and encourage customers to verify certification through the SBA's public database.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terrain Intel disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Under no circumstances shall Terrain Intel or its owners, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00) or the amount you paid us, if any, for using the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wake County, North Carolina to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
